BWRT® therapy - calm change, without re-living distress

BWRT (BrainWorking Recursive Therapy) is a rapid, structured approach that helps your brain respond differently to old triggers. Many clients notice meaningful relief in just a few sessions.

Brief & solution focused

Target the exact moment your brain ‘decides’ how to react and gently rewrite that pattern. Many clients complete their goals in 3–6 sessions.*

No forced recounting

BWRT is partly ‘content‑free’—you don’t need to describe everything in detail to get results.

Works alongside therapy

We also use other approaches like EMDR. Each method is offered in its own session, so you get a clear, focused experience every time.

In‑person or online

Attend from our Bangalore centre or from the comfort of your home. Secure, private sessions.

How it works?

1. Clarify the trigger

We map the exact moment a difficult reaction starts (the ‘pattern spark’), without needing the full story.

2. Build the preferred response

We develop a vivid, safe alternative that fits your values and goals.

3. Recursive change

Using BWRT’s structured steps, we guide your brain to adopt the new response—calm, confident, in control.

4. Test & Consolidate

We verify change gently and agree simple strategies to maintain progress.

BWRT® FAQ

Do I have to relive trauma?

No. BWRT is designed so you don’t have to re‑tell the full story. We work with the brain’s patterning safely

Many notice change in a few sessions; some need longer. We’ll review progress and adjust as needed.

It draws on contemporary neuroscience concepts of rapid patterning. We use it ethically within counselling best‑practice.

We first assess fit and safety. If BWRT isn’t the best approach, we’ll recommend alternatives.
