Appointments, cancellations & contacting us

To book an appointment, you can visit www.counsellingperspectives.com. In case you are unable to book online, please leave a text message/WhatsApp or call to book an appointment on this number 9179220045.

Phone counselling or discussing counselling matters over the phone without a prior appointment is not encouraged.

Booking Policy 

Now you can book your online sessions before 4 hours.

If you have booked sessions more than once a week, we will cancel your additional slots in case of emergency sessions. Your counsellor/therapist will inform you before making any changes.

All bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Session cost need to be paid upfront while booking an appointment.

Notification of any last-minute availability of slots will be via Whatsapp message.

No Show Policy 

If you are running late, please get in touch with your counsellor right away to let them know that you are on your way/logging in. It’s a ‘no show’ if your counsellor has not heard from you within the first 15 minutes of your session; your session will then be forfeited and billed at your full rate. A one-time exception is considered so that you will have one free pass!

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy 

Cancellation or reschedule can be made 8 hours before the scheduled time without any extra fee. This allows us to make the slots available to others in need. Late cancellation or rescheduling will incur a cancellation/late fee of 50% of the appointment cost.

Repeated no-shows, cancellations & reschedules can forfeit your future session time/slots. Therefore, we request that you plan your sessions accordingly, considering your holidays and work schedules, so there are no last-minute changes unless it’s an absolute emergency!

Refund Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your counselling session, please let us know immediately so that we can address your concerns.

If you are unable to attend your appointment due to illness or an emergency, we will reschedule your appointment at no extra charge.

We do not offer refunds for missed appointments or last minute cancellations.

If you have paid for multiple sessions in advance and decide to discontinue your therapy, we will refund you for any unused sessions.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

For domestic payments your refund will be credited to your original payment method in 5-7 working days. For international customers, the refund will be credited to you within 10-13 working days.
